An und Abreise

Anreise: Die Wohnungen sind ab 15:00 für Sie bereit.

Abreise: Um die Wohnungen für die nachfolgenden Gäste wieder vorzubereiten, bitten Wir sie die bis 10:00 Uhr freizugeben.

Späte Abreise und früherer Anreise auf Anfrage möglich.

Holidaypass

Der Holidaypass beinhaltet die freie Nutzung der öffentlichen Südtiroler Mobilität (Linienbusse, Skibusse, Regionalzüge) und einiger Aufstiegsanlagen (Mühlbach–Meransen, Bozen–Ritten). Er beinhaltet außerdem ein buntes Wochenprogramm und Ermäßigungen für ausgewählte Leistungen. Wir stellen den Holidaypass kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

Anzahlung

Die Reservierung gilt als verbindlich, sobald das Angeld eingegangen ist. Die Höhe des Angelds beläuft sich auf 20% des Gesamtpreises.

Stornierungsbedingungen

Es steht kein Rücktrittsrecht im Sinne des Konsumentenschutzkodex zu – dennoch räumen wir Ihnen folgende Stornobedingungen ein. Stornierungen und verspätete Ankünfte sowie vorzeitige Abreisen müssen innerhalb der unten genannten Fristen nachweisbar mittels E-Mail mitgeteilt werden:

  • Bis 30 Tage vor Anreise erfolgt eine Stornierung ohne weitere Kosten. Die 20% Anzahlung können allerdings nicht zurückerstattet werden.
  • Bis 15 Tage vor Anreise: 50% des Wohnungspreises zu bezahlen
  • Bis 7 Tage vor Anreise: 75% des Wohnungspreises zu bezahlen
  • Bei Nichtanreise, verspäteter Anreise und frühzeitiger Abreise wird der Gesamtbetrag verrechnet.

Als Wohnungspreis gilt der bei der Buchung angegebene Gesamtpreis.

Gegebenenfalls kann eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung für Sie Sinn machen.

Abendrot

The “Abendrot” (afterglow) is the largest holiday apartment in the farmhouse and it is situated in the main house. As for the “Morgensonne” (morning sun), it was built completely new back in 2013 with ecological solid wood. Therefore it offers very high standards.  It is completely heated with floor heating, and it features electrical curtains, floor shower and other comforts.

The apartment offers enough space for 6-7 people. It is composed by a large living and dining area with a kitchen and a balcony. The kitchen features a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. In the double bedroom, that we built with pine wood, there is the possibility to add a child's bed. Beside it you will find a bathroom with a shower. From the living room you access the second floor of the apartment. Here you will find a double sofa bed and another bed, and beside it a bathroom with a bathtub.

We will provide bed linen, towels, as well as dishtowels and table linen.

Morgensonne

The holiday apartment “Morgensonne” (morning sun) is situated in the main house and was built completely new back in 2013 with ecological solid wood. Therefore it offers very high standards. It is completely heated with floor heating, and it features electrical curtains, floor shower and other comforts.

The apartment measures around 50 Sq meters and has enough space for 4 people. It is composed by a cosy living and dining area with a kitchen and a balcony facing south. The kitchen features a fridge, ceramic hob, oven and a coffee machine. In the double bedroom, that we built with pine wood, there is the possibility to add a child's bed. In the second bedroom there are two single beds which can be put together and turned into a double bed. From the room you access the balcony facing West, where you can enjoy the sunset and let yourself be mesmerized by the starry night. The bathroom features a shower.

We will provide bed linen, towels, as well as dishtowels and table linen.

Eidechsspitze

The holiday apartment “Eidechsspitze” is situated on the outbuilding's second floor. The house was built 150 years ago and lovingly renovated. In this regard, we strongly respected and preserved its originality despite whilst providing it with proper comforts. The entrance area and the bathroom feature floor heating. The walls are made of wood and ecologically insulated.

The apartment measures around 60 Sq meters and has enough space for 5 people. It is composed by a cosy living and dining area with a kitchen. The kitchen features a fridge, gas stove, coffe machine and toaster. The bedroom has a double bed and and there is the possibility to add an extra baby cot. A stair connects the living and dining area with the mansard, where you will find three more beds. The bathroom features a shower. Nearby, there is another bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. This bedroom has a private entrance and can be booked separately from the apartment.

We will provide bed linen, towels and much more.
